Synopses: Master Shǒuwèi also known as Guardian, lives in Yorkshire England. He is the only remaining Soul Drinker in this realm; his mission to reclaim a sacred sword which Celestial sent into the other realm centuries ago, before the tyrant known only as Murakami raises another army of mindless Vampires, which he will use to try again to kill the gods, in order to prevent an ancient prophecy he fears from being fulfilled.
With the help of his loyal companions Darkness and Celestial, Shǒuwèi hopes togther they can reclaim the sword in time and use it to defeat Murakami once and for all.
The Master Guardian novels are set in modern day England and Japan.
The side stories feature members Shǒuwèi's extended family, they are mainly set in ancient China, Japan and Korea.
